Frequently Asked Questions

When registering, you will receive a unique account code (e.g., FPJA-XXXX). You must ensure your full name and this unique code are clearly labeled on all your incoming packages at our Florida facility to prevent processing delays.

Items with a Free On Board (FOB) value exceeding USD $100.00 are subject to import duties and taxes as determined by Jamaica Customs. All duties and customs documentation requirements are the responsibility of the customer.

Freight charges are billed based on the actual weight of the package rounded up to the nearest whole pound. For example, a package weighing 1.2 lbs will be billed at the 2 lbs rate.

Packages must be collected within 14 days of arrival notification. Packages left longer will attract a daily storage fee of $100 JMD. Packages remaining unclaimed for more than 30 days are considered abandoned and may be disposed of to recover operational costs.

Yes. We strictly do not transport illegal drugs, firearms, ammunition, explosives, hazardous materials, or any items prohibited by US or Jamaican laws. Restricted items like plants require an import permit prior to arrival.

Packages that do not clearly display your name and unique identifier (e.g., FPJA-XXXX) will be placed in our "Unknown Owner" holding area. Processing will be delayed until you provide valid merchant invoice proof matching the tracking number.

Each package arriving at our Florida warehouse is processed, weighed, and checked into the system individually as a single transaction to ensure swift transit. If you need packages consolidated, please contact support through your portal dashboard before your items deliver to our warehouse.
